About IP Lookup Tool

IP addresses are numerical identifiers assigned to every device on a network. IPv4 uses 32-bit addresses (e.g., 192.168.1.1); IPv6 uses 128-bit addresses. IP geolocation queries a database to find the approximate geographic location, ISP, and AS number for an IP address. Geolocation typically resolves to city or region level -- not a specific address. Free API with daily rate limits.
